Regional Inventory Transfer: Silicon Metal Social Inventory Remained Flat WoW [SMM Silicon Inventory]

According to SMM statistics, as of Dec 6, the national social inventory of silicon metal totaled 518,000 mt, remaining flat WoW. Among them, the social general warehouse inventory was 151,000 mt, an increase of 8,000 mt WoW, and the social delivery warehouse inventory was 367,000 mt (including unregistered warehouse warrants and spot cargo), a decrease of 8,000 mt WoW. After the concentrated cancellation of warehouse warrants at the end of November, most delivery warehouses reported that the goods transferred to spot cargo were still stored in the warehouses, while some delivery warehouses saw a significant reduction in inventory due to increased picking up of goods. Last week, general warehouses at Tianjin Port and Huangpu Port received a large amount of goods, with some warehouses at Huangpu Port experiencing overstock, leading to a noticeable increase in general warehouse inventory.
