[Guangxi Liuzhou Earthquake Has No Impact on Zinc Industry for Now] At 00:21 on May 18, a magnitude 5.2 earthquake struck Liunan District, Liuzhou City, Guangxi, with a focal depth of 8 kilometers. A magnitude 3.3 earthquake struck again at 07:41. As Guangxi is an important zinc raw material supply region, according to SMM, the earthquake has had no impact on zinc smelter production for now, and enterprise production is operating normally.
