The memo noted that this ambitious infrastructure buildout plan enabled OpenAI to better meet the growing demand for AI products, despite criticism that the costs were too high.

The operating rate of the enamelled wire industry pulled back 1.33 percentage points to 86.47% this week, with new orders declining 6.95 percentage points.
