Betely's ChiNext IPO Registration Became Effective, Plans to Raise 763 Million Yuan

Recently, the SZSE official website showed that Suzhou Betely Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Betely") had its ChiNext IPO registration become effective, planning to raise approximately 763 million yuan.

Betely's main business is the R&D, production, and sales of electronic materials and new chemical materials, with products covering three major segments: conductive materials, silicone materials, and coating materials.

IPO Progress:

June 24, 2025: Application accepted

May 8, 2026: Approved by the listing committee

May 13, 2026: Registration submitted

May 29, 2026: CSRC approved the registration
