[Stellantis Partners with Jaguar Land Rover to Establish Vehicle R&D in the US] Stellantis is advancing a large-scale business restructuring, with its latest move being a plan to join forces with Jaguar Land Rover to conduct vehicle R&D in the US. The two enterprises announced on May 20 that they would explore product R&D collaboration in the US market. This also marked the first partnership agreement reached in the high-profit core US market since Stellantis CEO Filosa Antonio took office.
