Due to changes in the external market environment and industry competitive landscape compared to the previous period, and in consideration of the Company's actual operating conditions and overall strategic layout, after prudent deliberation and thorough evaluation, the Company has decided to adjust its overall investment strategy, terminate the Malaysia project, in order to further optimize resource allocation and reduce investment risks.
