On February 8, news emerged that the People's Government of Shapingba District, Chongqing, and Seres Group signed a cooperation agreement to jointly promote the high-quality development of the intelligent connected new energy vehicle industry. According to the cooperation terms, the newly established project company will be invested in by a state-owned capital-backed market-oriented equity investment fund, which will hold a 33.5% stake. Seres Group and its subsidiaries will contribute assets related to Landian, holding a 32% stake. Other investors will hold 18.5%, while the management team will hold 16%.

On February 6, Honggong Technology held an investor conference call, disclosing that the company's new orders in 2025 amounted to approximately 3.554 billion yuan. Among these, lithium battery-related orders accounted for about 90%, while non-lithium battery orders made up roughly 10%. Within the lithium battery segment, slurry-related orders accounted for about two-thirds, and material-related orders accounted for approximately one-third. The company stated that its hybrid homogenization integrated machine has undergone small-scale and pilot trials at several leading domestic battery customers, with some applications exceeding one year. The equipment demonstrates good process adaptability and has been iteratively optimized based on practical applications.
