Southern Nonferrous Metals Successfully Concludes Large-Scale Metal Tenders Amid Strong Market Demand

SMM March 9 News: According to comprehensive information from various market sources, Southern Nonferrous Metals recently conducted large-scale tenders for several of its metal varieties, including substantial quantities of bismuth ingots, cadmium ingots, and indium ingets. Reports indicate that all bids were successfully concluded. Currently, based on official information, these metal tenders have indeed smoothly entered the delivery stage.

However, officials are reluctant to disclose specific transaction prices. Many market participants suggest that the transaction prices for these metals were close to spot market prices. Considering the substantial volumes involved, this outcome reflects robust trading activity in these metal markets. Since the Spring Festival holiday, end-user demand has entered an active stockpiling phase. Additionally, beyond end-users, market forces including traders and speculators have also been actively participating. As a result, recent market price trends have remained relatively strong.
