II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The applicant must be an independent legal entity or other organization within the territory of the People's Republic of China;

2. If the applicant is an independent legal entity within the People's Republic of China, it must not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any credit information sharing platform at any level;

3. The applicant shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.

4. The applicant shall have the transportation capability using NEVs or vehicles meeting China VI or higher emission standards.

5. This procurement accepts producers.

III. Registration Method

Suppliers must respond to the preview within the above time frame by logging into the electronic tendering and bidding system ( ). [Vietnam] Dragged down by sluggish trading, buyers in the Vietnamese hot-rolled coil (HRC) market maintain an extremely strong wait-and-see stance.
