In accordance with the provisions of the Measures for Handling Complaints on the 12398 Energy Regulatory Hotline and the Measures for Handling Reports on the 12398 Energy Regulatory Hotline, the handling of complaints and reports received via the 12398 Energy Regulatory Hotline (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotline") in May 2026 is hereby notified as follows.
In May 2026, the Hotline platform received 1,832 complaints. By content, the complaints mainly focused on electricity connection applications, outage repairs, line safety, and other aspects (see the chart below for details). By the entity complained against, 1,368 complaints involved State Grid Corporation of China, 344 involved China Southern Power Grid, 42 involved Inner Mongolia Power Group, 75 involved local power enterprises, and 3 involved incremental distribution enterprises.
