To reduce inventory pressure, factories are maintaining an operating rate of 60-70%. Manufacturers in Jiangxi report that overall demand in the e-bike lead-acid battery market is weak, with both OEM and replacement demand showing sluggish performance. Currently, the production line operating rate at the factory is around 60%, and raw material lead is only purchased as needed.
