II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The applicant must be an independent legal entity or other organization within the territory of the People's Republic of China;

2. If the applicant is an independent legal entity within the People's Republic of China, it must not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any credit information sharing platform at any level;

3. The applicant shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.

4. The applicant shall have the transportation capability using NEVs or vehicles meeting China VI or higher emission standards.

5. This procurement accepts producers.

III. Registration Method

Suppliers must respond to the preview within the above time frame by logging into the electronic tendering and bidding system ( ). Unregistered suppliers must first complete registration, then click "I want to register" for the corresponding procurement preview and fill in the relevant information.

[SMM Iron & Steel] Nippon Steel Plans EAF Investment in Slovakia

Nippon Steel has submitted plans to Slovak authorities to build an electric arc furnace at its Košice steelworks, with annual capacity estimated at 1.5–2.1 million tonnes. [SMM Iron & Steel] NMDC Awards RVNL Iron Ore Stockyard and Blending Project

India’s state-run miner NMDC awarded RVNL a contract worth around 317 million USD to build an iron ore buffer stockyard and blending facility at Visakhapatnam port. The project will have a material handling capacity of 10 million tonnes per year and is scheduled for completion within 42 months. Once operational, the facility should improve NMDC’s inventory control, blending capability and raw material logistics efficiency.
