[Enjie to Acquire 100% Stake in Jiangsu SK for RMB 400 Million]

Enjie Co., Ltd. announced that its subsidiary Jiangsu Enjie plans to acquire 100% equity of Jiangsu SK held by SKIET for a base purchase price of RMB 400 million. The target company is primarily engaged in the R&D, manufacturing, sales, and technical services of lithium-ion battery separators and coated films. It adopts a wet-process film manufacturing technology and operates 8 base film production lines with an annual designed capacity of 940 million square meters, supported by 10 coating lines. This acquisition will rapidly supplement Enjie's existing production capacity, significantly shorten the time needed to build new capacity, reduce investment and time costs, and enable the company to timely take on separator product orders and meet downstream customer demand.

[Toyota Motor plans to open new factory in Brazil in November]
