【Eni and Seri Industrial join forces to develop stationary battery supply chain】

Italian energy giant Eni and battery energy storage company Seri Industrial have signed an agreement to jointly develop an industrial supply chain for lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, the two companies disclosed on Friday. In a joint statement, the partners said the collaboration will be carried out through their respective subsidiaries Eni Industrial Evolution and FIB. The scope includes the production of LFP battery cells and modules, as well as the assembly of stationary energy storage systems for the industrial and commercial sectors and systems for electric mobility.

China's market regulator has revised CCC certification rules for power banks, adding mandatory standard GB 47372-2026 Safety Technical Specification for Power Banks. A transition period applies until March 31, 2027. During this time, certification may be based on either old or new rules as per enterprise preference. [Toyota Responds to Reports of Suspending Next-Gen All-Electric Sedan Development]

Recent reports suggested that Toyota would suspend the development of the mass-production model of the "LF-ZC," an all-electric sedan under its luxury brand Lexus.
