[SMM Steel] On March 3, 2026, Meishan Steel (a subsidiary of Baosteel) successfully produced its first hot rolled coil under the 1,422 mm hot rolling transformation project implemented by China MCC20. The project achieved full hot commissioning success in just 85 days.

By region, monomer enterprises in Shandong quoted 14,000 yuan/mt, up 200 yuan/mt from the previous period, while mainstream monomer enterprises in other regions quoted 14,300 yuan/mt, up 300 yuan/mt from the previous period.
