Dongyuxinsheng's 120Ah Ultra-Fast Charging Battery Begins Production, Nominated by Dongfeng's Sub-Brands Including Yipai

The launch event for Dongyu Xinsheng's 120Ah ultra-fast charging battery cell was held in Yichang. The 120Ah ultra-fast charging battery cell now entering mass production was jointly defined, co-developed, and jointly manufactured by Dongfeng Motor and Sunwoda. The product features 4C ultra-fast charging capability, enabling a 10%-80% charge in just 15 minutes. The production line has an automation rate of over 90% and is equipped with an AI-powered intelligent quality management system, with the battery cell's design service life exceeding 1 million kilometers.

Dongfeng Motor's 400kW hydrogen fuel cell platform product passed the new national standard 10,000-hour durability verification, becoming the first metal bipolar plate hydrogen fuel cell stack in China to receive the "Durability Star" certificate. Based on the above core achievements, Dongfeng Motor officially launched the T1 commercial vehicle new energy platform. Currently, Dongfeng's hydrogen fuel cell has established three major power platforms of 70kW, 150kW, and 400kW, covering full-scenario application needs from 20kW to 400kW. Among them, the 400kW fuel cell platform is specifically designed for 49 mt heavy-duty trucks, capable of cold starting at temperatures as low as -40°C, with a design lifespan exceeding 30,000 hours.
