On July 8, State Grid’s New Energy Cloud announced the results of Xinjiang’s H1 2027 mechanism-based electricity price bidding. Among them, the PV mechanism-based electricity price was 0.259 yuan/kWh, the mechanism-based electricity volume was 3.231 billion kWh, and 66 projects were shortlisted; the wind power mechanism-based electricity price was 0.23 yuan/kWh, the mechanism-based electricity volume was 7.984 billion kWh, and 30 projects were shortlisted.

Recently, both the new energy generation power and PV generation power of Ningxia power grid set new records, reaching 30.55 million kW and 29.28 million kW respectively, both hitting all-time highs. Specifically, the PV generation power has exceeded the peak for three consecutive days, while the new energy generation power has broken records for two consecutive days, surpassing the 30-million-kW milestone for the first time. This marks a new level for Ningxia power grid in its capabilities for new energy grid connection, consumption, dispatch, and operation.

Recently, a 93 MW PV power station in Romania was successfully completed and connected to the grid.
