Zhengzhou Outlines "15th Five-Year Plan" Focusing on Computing Power and Industry Expansion

Zhengzhou released its "15th Five-Year Plan" outline, specifying that it will focus on deploying computing power infrastructure and expanding the computing power industry. The city is expected to upgrade the National Supercomputing Center in Zhengzhou, build a computing power industry hub, improve the computing power scheduling platform and connect with multiple East-to-West Computing Transfer hub nodes across China, and advance the construction of metropolitan-area efficient computing and quantum communication networks. Meanwhile, the city is also expected to build a public intelligent computing platform, promote the integrated development of cloud, computing power, and applications, and adhere to green and intensive construction of computing power facilities.
