Beijing Creative Distribution: Plans to Invest EUR 42.8137 million in the Construction of an Energy Storage Project

On March 11, 2026, the Company convened the 19th meeting of the eighth Board of Directors and approved the investment in and construction of the 99 MW/198 MWh energy storage project in Valcea, Romania through its third-tier holding subsidiary, Greenet Plant S.R.L. The total investment in this project will not exceed EUR 42.8137 million (the final total investment will be subject to the actual investment). The total investment amount involved is the planned investment scale and may be adjusted subsequently based on specific circumstances such as fundraising, project progress, and filing and approval procedures. There is a risk that the actual investment amount may differ from the investment plan.

10GW Waaree's PV Ingot and Wafer Plant Commenced Construction
Indian PV manufacturer Waaree Energies Ltd has officially commenced construction of its integrated photovoltaic silicon ingot and wafer manufacturing plant located in the Butibori Industrial Area of Nagpur, Maharashtra. With planned capacity of 10 GW each for silicon ingots and wafers, the plant will, upon completion, become the largest integrated production site of its kind in India and mark an important step in strengthening India’s domestic upstream PV manufacturing ecosystem and advancing the “Atmanirbhar Bharat” initiative. According to reports, the project covers approximately 300 acres and involves a total investment of about INR 62 billion. It is primarily focused on the production of high-purity photovoltaic silicon ingots and wafers.

Landslide Occurred in the Safi Copper-Cobalt Mine Area in the DRC
A landslide occurred in the Saffi copper-cobalt mining area in the DRC, and at least 12 artisanal miners were tragically killed. According to the Artisanal and Small-Scale Mining Assistance and Supervision Service, heavy rainfall destabilized the ground, triggering the landslide that buried workers at the mining site. As of press time, 9 bodies had been recovered, and rescue teams were still searching for other victims who might have been trapped beneath the debris.
