ITC Affirms Injury in AD/CVD Case on Chinese Steel Fencing, Commerce to Issue Orders

On April 9, 2026, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to make final affirmative injury determinations in the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on Temporary Steel Fencing imported from China, finding that the subject products alleged to be dumped and subsidized caused material injury to the US industry. Based on the ITC's affirmative determinations, the US Department of Commerce will issue antidumping and countervailing duty orders on the subject products. This case primarily involves products under US HS code 7308.90.9590.
