In a 2-1 vote on March 12, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) ruled against imposing anti-dumping and countervailing duties ('AD/CVD') on graphite anode imports from China. The top-ranked bidder candidate was East China Engineering Science and Technology Co., Ltd. It is understood that East China Engineering has extensive experience in the gasification field, with experience in the design, construction, EPC general contracting, commissioning, and operation of more than 100 gasifiers, covering various mainstream processes such as fixed-bed, fluidized-bed, and entrained-flow gasification.
