[SMM Daily Review: Some Just-in-Time Procurement Released, High-Grade NPI Price Center Continues to Rise Upward] February 27 (SMM) - SMM upstream sentiment factor for high-grade NPI was 2.82, up 0.08 MoM, while the downstream sentiment factor for high-grade NPI was 1.19, flat MoM.

February 27 news, SMM high-grade NPI market sentiment factor was 2.03, up 0.03 MoM, high-grade NPI upstream sentiment factor was 2.85, up 0.03 MoM, high-grade NPI downstream sentiment factor was 1.22, up 0.03 MoM. Supply side, upstream offers remained firm. Demand side, some downstream had just-in-time procurement demand, high-grade NPI trading volume increased, driving the market price center upward. Overall, upstream and downstream differences persisted, but in some just-in-time transactions, high-grade NPI prices continued to rise.
