【SMM News Flash】Louis Watum Kabamba, the Minister of Mines of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, stated that if the mineral cooperation framework with the US fails to yield concrete projects, the country will seek other partners. "Everything we have done with the US is a framework under which we will discuss issues of mutual interest. That is all." "It could become a very good large project. It could also become another project in which they are not interested. We will move forward because there are many other partners to discuss with."
