[SMM Steel] South Korea moves to impose AD duties on Chinese CRC imports

[SMM Steel] Korea Trade Commission has issued a preliminary ruling to impose anti-dumping duties of 22.34% - 33.67% on cold-rolled carbon and alloy steel (including coated products) from China, following an investigation launched in November 2025, with a final decision expected in September 2026. The products are widely used in construction, automotive, and appliances, and in the short term, the measure is likely to restrict Chinese import flows and support domestic prices and supply.
