Producers’ orders were moderate, operating willingness increased, and some large enterprises’ production lines had already been pushed to near full capacity. Next week, as the vast majority of enterprises resume work, only some enterprises will still have room to ramp up output, and the subsequent increase in the weekly operating rate will slow down.
