Schools and enterprises work together to build a contingent of teachers. Relying on the advantage of Yunxi talents, on the one hand, Yunxi Vocational College employs enterprise managers, skill masters, technical experts, technical backbones, labor models, outstanding young people and other personnel as part-time teachers of the college to undertake theoretical or practical teaching, guide students' graduation design and defense, and carry out academic lectures on a regular basis. Yunxi Vocational College has the training qualifications of 25 occupations (types of work), 12 special operations and 6 special equipment operations. every year for the school students and workers from all walks of life to carry out all kinds of training and appraisal of more than 9000 people, has accumulated a lot of education and training experience and skills identification ability.

Strengthen internal training. Yunxi has more than 20,000 registered employees. In the first half of the year, a total of 2088 people in 45 shifts of various vocational skills training were completed. Innovative training methods. While making every effort to improve the comprehensive quality and professional skills of employees, Yunxi Vocational College also pays close attention to the growth and progress of the children of employees, contributing to building a harmonious family and promoting the happy work and life of employees. The "Youth quality Management study Camp" provides training services for the children of Yunxi workers aged 8 to 18 from the five dimensions of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, cultivating intelligence, improving mental health, EQ wisdom and self-learning ability, and has been well received by the majority of workers.

We will support poverty alleviation. Actively respond to the national policy and rely on the advantages of Yunxi training resources to carry out vocational skills training for rural migrant workers. Successively carried out 60 days of vocational skills training for rural transferred labor force in Keler Village and Douyan Village, Jiasha Township, Gejiu City, training types of work for electricians, steel reinforcement workers, welders and stone builders, providing technical services for the transfer of local rural labor force and entrepreneurship.

Bearing in mind the mission of educating people for the party and the country, Yunxi Vocational College integrates vocational education, adult education, training and appraisal, actively exploring education and teaching methods in the new era, constantly improving the ability of teaching and educating people, and constantly improving the quality of training and appraisal.
