SHFE Tin Ends with Gains (2017-2-27)

SHFE 1705 tin opened at RMB 146,510/mt and closed at RMB 147,020/mt, up RMB 1,980/mt or 1.37%.
SHANGHAI, Feb. 27 (SMM) – SHFE 1705 tin advanced slightly on last Friday’s night trading but met resistance at the moving average before closing at RMB 146,300/mt.
On Monday, SHFE 1705 tin opened at RMB 146,510/mt and then advanced to RMB 148,230/mt. Later, the contract surrendered some previous gains to around the 5-day moving average. SHFE 1705 tin closed at RMB 147,020/mt, up RMB 1,980/mt or 1.37%. Trading volumes dropped 750 to 16,250 lots and positions fell 1,064 to 11,624. Commodities increased in China’s market and ferrous metals dropped from highs.
SHFE 1705 tin will keep fluctuating on Monday’s night trading with resistance at RMB 148,000/mt and support at RMB 145,000/mt.
