SHFE Aluminum to Move Higher (2017-1-19)

LME aluminum will range between USD 1,810-1,835/mt on Thursday and SHFE 1703 aluminum will move at RMB 13,300-13,550/mt.

SHANGHAI, Jan. 19 (SMM) – LME aluminum hit record high from the beginning of 2016 on Wednesday’s night trading and will range between USD 1,810-1,835/mt on Thursday. SHFE 1703 aluminum will test RMB 13,500/mt on Thursday with firm LME aluminum and will move at RMB 13,300-13,550/mt.

In China’s domestic market, spot aluminum should trade at discounts of RMB 170-30/mt on Thursday.
