SHFE Lead Prices down 0.91% (2017-1-18)

SHFE 1703 lead started at RMB 18,495/mt and finally ended RMB 18,530/mt, down RMB 170/mt or 0.91%.
SHANGHAI, Jan. 18 (SMM) – On Wednesday, SHFE 1703 lead started at RMB 18,495/mt and then climbed quickly to RMB 18,690/mt. The contract later surrendered previous gains. During the afternoon trading, SHFE 1703 lead stabilized at around RMB 18,550/mt and finally ended RMB 18,530/mt, down RMB 170/mt or 0.91%. Trading volumes increased 1,814 to 64,946 lots and positions rose 1,602 to 34,270.
SHFE 1703 lead will drop in a short term with lack of rising strength.
