Shanghai to Raise Trading Margins for Aluminum, Lead, Zinc and Tin from Nov. 11

The Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) announced Thursday to raise trading margins and their daily movement limits for aluminum, lead, zinc and tin from Nov. 11. 

SHANGHAI, Nov. 11 (SMM) - The Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) announced Thursday to raise trading margins and their daily movement limits for aluminum, lead, zinc and tin from Nov. 11. 

Margins for SHFE aluminum and lead contracts will be raised from 5 percent to 8 percent, with their daily movement limits up from 4 percent to 6 percent. 

Margins for SHFE zinc and tin contracts will be raised by 6 percent to 8 percent, with their daily movement limits up from 5 percent to 6 percent.
