Ganfeng Lithium: Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreements with the People's Government of Gongshu District, Hangzhou, and Hangzhou Energy Group Co., Ltd.
Ganfeng Lithium announced that the company has signed a Framework Cooperation Agreement and a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with the People's Government of Gongshu District, Hangzhou, and Hangzhou Energy Group Co., Ltd., respectively. The three parties will collaborate in areas such as the electrification of the transportation sector, the expansion of the new energy industry, the broadening of the energy supply chain, and the comprehensive recycling of power batteries. They will jointly promote the company's investment in the construction of a high-specific-energy solid-state battery R&D and industrialisation base in Gongshu District, Hangzhou. The signing of the cooperation agreements aims to achieve resource complementarity and establish a win-win long-term strategic cooperative development relationship. It is expected that the agreements will not have a significant impact on the company's current financial condition and operating results.
