Philippine Nickel Ore Exports Hold Flat MoM in September

The Philippines is expected to export about 6.17 million wet tonnes of nickel ore in September, largely unchanged on a monthly basis, Shanghai Metals Market survey finds.

SHANGHAI, Oct. 9 (SMM) – The Philippines is expected to export about 6.17 million wet tonnes of nickel ore in September, largely unchanged on a monthly basis, Shanghai Metals Market survey finds.

The exports were 53,100 tonnes (Ni content) in September, off 2 per cent on a monthly basis.

Vale Expects Indonesian Nickel Ore Exports to Jump from Low In 2018

In September, the Philippines exported 12 ships of high-grade nickel ore, 93 ships of medium-grade ore, and 11 ships of low-grade ore.
